Per primo ti serve un invitazione di qualcuno che vive in belarus,
Dopo devi scaricare il formulario da ricchiesta del visa sul sito dell'ambasciada di belarus,
Con il tuo passaporto "ancora valido 6 mesi dopo il tuo viaggio" vai a minsk a l'aeroporto
Quando arrivi ti fermi al servizzio immigrazione : e dai loro
il biglietto che ti hanno distribuito nell'aereo compilato,
il formulario di ricchiesta del visa compilato,
l'invito che ti ha mandato la persona belarus che vai a trovare,
una foto e i soldi che ti chiedono per il visa : circa 110 €
quando hai il visa, passi nell'ufficio accanto e vai a comprare l'assicurazione medicale circa 3 a 12 € secondo quanto tempo rimani.
e con tutto questo esci dall'aeroporto passando al sportelo polizia.
Quando sei a minsk entro 5 giorni devi andare a la milice della zona dove vivi a minsk con il passaporto, il visa, e la carta che ti hanno dato nell'aereo, per farti registrare, e prima devi pagare circa 12 € in una banca di tua scelta, la tassa della registrazione nella milice e portare loro la ricevuta.

Halifax declares that house prices in UK are at a similar level to December 2008.
House prices rose for a second consecutive month in August as demand for homes continued to grow at a faster rate than availability, mortgage lender Halifax said today.
Figures from the bank showed a 0.8% rise in prices over the month, while in the three months to August they were 1.7% higher than in the previous three months. This is the biggest increase in the three-month figure since July 2007.
Compared with August last year, however, prices are down by 10.1% on Halifax's index, which uses an average of the last three months' figures compared with the same period last year to determine an annual rate of deflation.
Martin Ellis, a housing economist of Halifax, explained the market had been boosted by an increase in interest from buyers, in fact demand for housing has increased since the start of the year due to
For several months, surveys have reported increasing demand for properties from would-be buyers keen to take advantage of lower prices and record low interest rates, but probable sellers have been sitting tight waiting for prices to rise.
Halifax's analysis illustrates the proportion of disposable income households devote to mortgage repayments has fallen significantly over the past 21 months, and are below the long-term average of 35% over the past 25 years.
Those who are able to raise mortgages are typically spending 29% of their take-home pay on servicing their debt, well below the peak of 48% in the autumn of 2007 when prices were at their highest.

Although recent figures have shown an increase in the number of loans taken out for house purchases, with the Bank of England's latest survey showing a sixth monthly rise in July, activity remains below the recent historical average.

В Беларуси подешевели квартиры. Теперь квадратный метр в Минске можно найти за 1100 долларов. По словам представителя одного из столичных агентств недвижимости, такое снижение цен вызвано девальвацией. Цены были в белорусских рублях и остались на прежнем уровне. А вот в долларах они стали дешевле.
“Сегодня есть определённое снижение, возникшее из-за того, что застройщики рублёвые цены оставили прежними. Было 1500, стало 1200 из-за девальвации”.
Риэлтор отмечает, что в ближайшее время подорожания не предвидится. Препятствием тому — отсутствие спроса. У людей нет денег, а кредит получить почти невозможно. Те же, у кого деньги есть, ждут дальнейшего падения цен.
“Когда будут нормальные и разумные условия кредитования – потому что на сегодняшний день получить кредит на строительство почти невозможно – тогда вернётся покупатель и цены, возможно, пойдут вверх”.
По словам представителя агентства, продажи жилья в Минске упали в 3-4 раза.
