IMMOBILIER EN ILE-DE-FRANCE: Bilan 2009 Perspectives 2010
Les marchés immobiliers au 4e trimestre 2009: les prix se stabilisent à un haut niveau et les ventes marquent Une progression nette en fin d'année.
En Ile-de-France, après Une année très contrastée sur la plan de l'immobilier d'habitation, les 3 derniers mois de l'année Ont Été marqués par le retour d'un marché plus dynamique, Tant sur le nombre de ventes que sur les prix. Cette reprise des ventes d'un conduit les prix A poursuivre Leur mouvement de stabilisation.
Nombre de ventes - Le nombre de logements vendus au 4e trimestre 2009, un Été supérieur de 44% par rapport au 4e trimestre 2008. Toutefois, en 2009, le nombre total de logements vendus en Ile-de-France (145.310 ventes) reste inférieur de 8% aux ventes de 2008 et de 23% par rapport à 2007.
Prix de ventes - Fin 2009, la baisse annuelle des Prix Tous logements confondus s'élève à 5,6% avec des contrastes sensibles selon le type de bien et Considéré La zone de situation du bien. Sur les 3 derniers mois de 2009, les prix stabilisés se sont a +0,3%.

Per gli investimenti immobiliari, Hammerson preferisce la Francia
Hammerson Plc ha dichiarato che nell’ottica di nuovi investimenti immobiliari, il mercato francese sarebbe da preferire rispetto ad altri concorrenti europei, e in particolar modo rispetto al vicino mercato britannico perchè laFrancia avrebbe risposto meglio della Gran Bretagna alla crisi finanziaria.
La società si appresta ad intraprendere diversi progetti di sviluppo e di rinnovamento immobiliare piuttosto importanti soprattutto nella capitale francese,Parigi, e della città meridionale costiera di Marsiglia, per un costocomplessivo di circa 430 miliardi di sterline.
Hammerson ha recentemente ribadito come l’economia francese sia uscita dalla recessione già nel secondo trimestre del 2009, crescendo poi dello 0,6% negli ultimi tre mesi dell’anno. Invece in Gran Bretagna la fase recessiva si è prolungata con una crescita trimestrale di soli 0,1 punti percentuali.
